The reinforced concrete structure with specially shaped columns, which possesses excellent feature of architectural function, has a broad space of application in residential structure. Now,the in-depth research of structure with specially shaped columns has been done, however, most of the research are concentrated on the deterministic parsing,there are few special research on the reliability. Considering the specificity of special-shaped R.C column,s section,it has much more influence factors such as strength of concrete,dimensions of section,load type and magnitude,and especially its load-bearing capacity varies as the load direction changes.For the lackness of tentation date,the distribution of R of special-shaped R.C column is not much clear.For the better study of the reliability of special-shaped R.C column,the distributions of the minimum load-bearing capacity for normal section of R.C unequiaxial special-shaped columns are studied by considering the design parameters as random variables,simulating them with Monte-Carlo simulation according to their distribution and adoping the numerical integration.In order to achieve the above goals,the main work has been listed as follows:(1) Based on nonlinear behavior of materials and geometry of biaxial-loaded R.C specially-shaped columns, by revising the curvature relations between the x direction and the y direction ,using the curvature in the x direction and the strain in the sectional center of the form figure as parameters, and carrying out the nonlinear analysis process in the method of numerical integration for R.C specially-shaped columns, the whole curve of the relation between moment and curvature in the section was obtained, which correspond well with the experimental curve.(2) Based on the method of numerical integration,calculating load-bearing capacity of normal section of unequiaxial special-shaped columns,then the least load-bearing directions of each load conditions are indentified.Then, the influence factors about the least load-bearing directions are analyzed.(3) MATLAB program is built to simulate 432 kinds of load conditions with 2000 samples each according to their parameters and Monte-Carlo simulation,and the load- bearing capacity for normal section of all samples are calculated under the least load- bearing direction of each load condition. Base on the results,SPSS is used to test the goodness-of-fit of best distribution of the load- bearing capacity for normal section of each condition.Then the best distribution of the minimum load- bearing capacity for normal section of R.C unequiaxial special-shaped columns are summarized by statistical analysis software SPSS,finally the influencing factors and parameters of the best fit distribution are analyzed.
