| The Launch Center needed large numbers of instruments which used in test of missiles or spaceship or satellites,etc.The instruments judged whether their technical states were up to grade and satisfied the launch condition.So it is important to keep the technical state’s credibility.Now most test processes of wireless instruments were complicated.For example,the Signal Generator needed be tested more than ten items,and needed measure more than hundreds data.The manual test mode wasted much time and power.Many factors would inflect the result of measure,like the connection of test signal,the setting of instruments and the selection of measure method and so on.After operating the instrument and noting the original data of test for a long time,it was very easy to mistake to operate and note. Error was often been found in The Certificate of Verification.These questions seriously inflected the control of wireless instruments’technical states,and restricted the construction of Launch Center.Aimed at forenamed actuality of question,we designed the automatic or semi-automatic test system for wireless instruments.The system had achieved automatic test of programmable instruments and automatic-manual test of some ordinary instruments.It normalized verification and test procedure, improved accuracy of measurement, decreased plentiful repeated work, ensured accuracy and reliability of data transfer.Now,it can measure the series of GB-9 vacuum pipe millivoltmeter, the HP33120A function/arbitrary waveform generator, the HP8648A signal generator, the HP8901A modulation analyzer, the HP8903B audio frequency analyzer, the QF2281 UHF millivoltmeter, the QF4133 modulation degree analyzer, the SX2172 AC millivoltmeter, and the series of TF2600 video voltmeter.The system was designed to fulfil the day-to-day works of wireless metrology and verification. It realized all parameters’automatic or automatic-manual test of wireless metrology and verification. Moreover, it set up automatic link and insert between VB and Word by VB’s OLE function. As a result, it could save the data of measurement in real time, print the Certificate of Verification and keep it in the archives directly. The system could judge result of measurement automatically and put forward test’s conclusion finally. It was more convenient, stable and practical.The system changed the behindhand and single means of our wireless metrology and verification, and established a foundation for further development. |
