Aeronautical test is the key link of aviation service support,a routine task to ensure the normal aircraft work,and plays an important role in the normal flight mission of the aircraft.In order to make aviation test flexible,convenient and fast,the development direction of aviation test system is networking and portability.Aiming at this trend of aviation test system,a reconfigurable airborne test instrument based on wireless network is proposed in this paper.The main contents and innovations of the thesis are as follows:(1)The general scheme of reconfigurable aerial test instrument based on wireless network is designed.In the view of wireless communication,Wi-Fi technology is chosen by comparing various mature wireless communication technologies.In the view of network,the infrastructure network topology is determined according to the project requirements.The reconfigurable technology based on FPGA is applied in the reconstruction of instrument function.In the aspect of human-computer interaction,the idea of "virtual instrument" is used to design the application of mobile terminal.(2)The wireless communication technology based on Wi-Fi is studied,and the application of wireless communication technology to the aeronautical test instrument is conducive to the realization of the "cable-free" of the aeronautical test system.In this paper,the realization of wireless communication technology is introduced in hardware and software respectively: the circuit design of MCU unit and Wi-Fi communication unit is introduced in hardware;the initial configuration of MCU system,the transplantation of LwIP and Wi-Fi driver are introduced in software.(3)The reconfigurable technology based on FPGA is studied,and the reconfigurable aviation test instrument is designed.Reconfiguration is embodied in two aspects: hardware reconfiguration and software reconfiguration.In order to realize the feature on the hardware,two parts of the main control module and the function adapter module of the FPGA are designed which are connected through a adapter interface.This paper introduces the circuit of the two modules in detail.Software reconfiguration,which is the work of the instrument can be reconfigured logically.This is achieved by replacing the configuration file of the FPGA.This paper discussed the realization of the functional logic of the FPGA.(4)This paper adopts the idea of "virtual instrument",which means the human-machine interface is not on the instrument but on the terminal.In addition,this scheme is different from the traditional virtual instrument whose human-machine interface realization of data processing and human-computer interaction is on the computer.An Android-based App is designed so that data processing and human-computer interaction is on the mobile terminal,which further improves the flexibility of the use of aeronautical test instruments.
