| The high-temperature stability of cement concrete bridge's asphalt deck pavement made a great impact on traffic safety, comfort and durability of bridges, the form of high-temperature damage to rutting in hot climate areas are very common. In this paper, we use methods which unify field investigation, theoretical analysis, and experimental research. We have conducted systematic research to high temperature wheel rut aspect of Dongguan north great bridge's asphalt deck pavement in Guangdong Shenzhen express way.This article is based on widely ianalyzing the existing research results of the domestic and foreign bridge's asphalt deck pavement, proposed the research technique and the technical route which uses the model bridge to carry on the full-scale test.This article design the finite element model in the principal of similarity of deflection, establishes the indoor model bridge, and confirm the similarity between the model and the original bridge's bridge floor deformation. The computation result has confirmed the model accuracy and the validity; moreover the partial amount of deflection also tallies well.Pave four kind of bridge deck asphalt paving plan on the model bridge which had completed the construction, carry on the full scale high temperature wheel rut test in the straight road lab, carry on the statistical analysis regarding the solid bridge and the model bridge's deck asphalt pavement's temperature data, studied experimented the difference between the indoor model bridge deck the temperature field and the solid bridge's temperature field,analyze the relation between high temperature and the wheel rut.Finally, appraised the high temperature stability of model bridge's four asphalt pavement plan, and has carried on the subsidiary test with RLWT, has confirmed the related conclusion.This paper's research indicated that the model bridge which uses the ortho tropic plate form is able to simulate the solid bridge's bridge deck deformation well, based on this carries on the high temperature overload test, under the high temperature function,there exist certain rule between the wheel rut and the temperature. At the same time, simulates the cement concrete bridge deck deformation with the indoor model bridge has also provided the new mentality for bridge deck pavement test such as examination brea bed durability,also and has provided the theory reference for further standardization on the bridge deck pavement design. |
