Applied Research On The Remote Supervision System Of Transformer Substation Of Bao Gang

Electrical remote supervision system is an emerging electrical automated system which integrates and utilizes video technique,computer technique,communication and network techniques.This system can transmit the video images that are photographed by video camera in transformer substations to dispatch centers or centralized controll station(the main station).Under this system,the operative and managerial people in the main station can monitor the operation environment of the electrical equipments in the plant station. Thus,the unmanned-duty can be realized and the production safty is guaranteed.This paper refers to some structures of such system both home and abroad,discusses in detail the content,function and requirements of the system,absorbs some of the advantages, and especially based on the power fiber-optic private communications network and 100M/1000M local area network the paper does a research on communication layer which can achieve the electrical remote supercision through Congestion control which utilizes multicast and VLAN technology.As one of the techonological methods to improve power quality,this electrical remote supervision system directly guarantees the power production can develop toward the way of high quality and high effectiveness.It has clear effect on impoving the operation level of power system,enhancing the safety of the system and reducing operation costs.
