Impeller-type part was representative, canonical and complex. With the development of the design theory, it was difficult to ensure the precision of the vanes, because the shape of working face on the impeller-type part was more complex, the technologic process was more complicated and the production cost more money. From reality, this paper analyzed the problems on the scene using the modern computer technology and researched the design characteristics of the impeller. It also made NC program of the overall impeller using UG / CAM five-axis programming system and put forward a set of non-diversion impeller design and CNC machining that can finish the three-dimensional modeling of impeller and CNC machining simulation on the computer. This method provided made the design and programmers can process high-quality impeller sententiously and fast according to the design intention. At the same time, through the modeling of non-diversion impeller and CNC machining, this thesis offered design thoughts and methods for the molding complex products and NC process, and also provided perfect referenced scheme for the design and machining of other impellers.
