In this paper, based on the Structural Theory of Thermoeconomic, the cost analysis method is applied to thermal system of 300MW condensing power plant. Thermoeconomic cost model was established using structural theory. All the economic indicators and cost formation of the thermodynamic process were obtained by calculating the thermoeconomic cost of each component. With implementation of C++ language, a thermoeconomic calculation software for condensing power plant was programmed according to the present thermal power system. The distribution of energetic cost in design conditions was analyzed quantificational; It also pointed out which unit has to be considered more in energy saving analysis. At the same time, not only the main reason for performance decreasing of thermal power system and cost increasing, but also the effect of energy destruction and irreversible-cost on cost of product energy was analyzed qualitatively. The variable condition of thermoeconomic cost for the system was calculated when some local parameters were changed, and some rationalization proposals for system optimization were put forward. It can be practical significant for the energy conservation. |
