| Exergy analysis and thermoeconomic analysis of 600MW unit was carried out on the basis of available achievements in this paper. The main contents include: Thermoeconomic cost model was established using structural theory. Exergy analysis and thermoeconomic analysis were carried out under variable conditions and energy saving potential component was pointed out according to indicators ; the composition of unit exergy cost and unit thermoeconomic cost were analyzed quantitatively, pointing out the reasons for the high cost of components and the possibility to reduce cost; the variation of thermoeconomic indicators under variable conditions was analyzed, also the unit exergy costs of feed water heater and steam turbine were compared; the influence of the external fuel prices and the growth of equipment investment was studied. The reasons leading to increased cost of electricity was analyzed deeply; The calculation software of thermoeconomic cost was established using VC++language. |
