Research On Cost Analysis And Optimization Of Management Based On Coal-fired Power Plants' Management Status

The rapid development of modern society,the global economy,efficiency gains has become the enterprise to save the vitality of protection.How to most effectively reduce the cost under the premise of guaranteeing quality for the purpose of striving to achieve economic and social effects of the win-win situation-which introduced the concept of project cost management.The project cost management is a dynamic process:it runs through the project decision-making stage to the project scrapped the whole process of the recovery stage;it depends not only on the project content itself,but also limited by the project management decision-making level as well as local economic development environment policy guidelines and background many practical problems.This article first briefly describes the traditional cost management systems and problems,and proposed optimization method,namely the introduction of full life-cycle theory.Cost Management Life Cycle Cost-based control theory,under certain constraints on the integrated management of the project implementation plan,organize,command,coordination and control,in order to achieve the project objectives.The theory is no longer confined to reduce the cost of the construction phase for the purpose,but the overall project planning,design,construction,use end-of-life phase of the overall perspective in mind,to coordinate the conflict between the three main objectives of cost,functionality and time,the integrated use of various management optimization method,on the one hand,to do a comprehensive,reasonable and careful planning,on the one hand,dynamic tracking,real-time feedback and effective adjustments in the implementation process.Then combined with the specific case,from the perspective of the whole life cycle analysis of construction projects from planning,design,bidding,construction phase,to later put into use until the end of life recovery phase of the cost management process.Finally,this approach to promotion to the entire thermal power electricity generation construction project's cost management to,combined with thermal power construction project's characteristics and the actual situation,the improvement measures for the different characteristics of the various stages of construction cost management of a set conform market trend in order to,for their own development of cost management system.
