Reliability and economy comprehensive evaluation on distribution network is refers to evaluate generally by technical and economic on several competitive power grid planning schemes, systematically analyze on real cost benefit of invest projects, then get each scheme comprehensive evaluation and finish decisions.According to device parameters'uncertainty, a cloud model reliability evaluation algorithm for distribution networks is proposed, using cloud model to express devices origin parameters and fault traversal algorithm to respectively calculate radial and ring distribution network cloud reliability indexes. Cloud adapted genetic simulated annealing algorithm is applied to optimize switching placement for distribution system, so as to improve system reliability, reduce outage losses and raise capital service efficiency. A reliability and economy comprehensive evaluation method on distribution network based on cloud gravity center theory is put forward and proved to be more effective and practical by examples.
