For small cogeneration units,most of them use the master control mode,the control mode of the mother tube is different from the control mode of the unit boiler,its operation is a complex thermal process,and the process has the characteristics of large delay,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit,there are many parameters to be controlled,such as water flow,steam temperature and pressure pipe,the pipe pressure control is particularly important.In this paper,Hua neng Ying kou xian ren dao 2*50MW unit is the research object,firstly,the engineering application of the distributed control system is analyzed and studied,and then analyzes the water supply control system,steam temperature control system and combustion control system characteristics,and the three industrial system are designed,the application of MATLAB simulation software in feedwater control system is simulated to verify the feasibility of the relevant system design.In the analysis,especially the coordinated control loop is studied,The main direction,control principle and adjustment object,the control strategy based on energy balance and the requirements of the main steam pipe pressure are analyzed to design the coordinated control loop of the parent pipe unit,it ensures the reasonable control of the pressure of the main pipe.
