| In this paper, the use of systems engineering way of thinking that affect the quality of integrated wiring construction project management-related program management, quality assurance, quality control, as well as the construction program, construction site coordination of various systems, technical support, quality control processes, focus on the construction site to control such as to conduct a thorough investigation, research, from theory to case study analysis, management and excellence through science and planning, proposed construction quality protection management practices and measures in order to provide a unified, standardized, scientific and technical basis for effective method. Construction technology on improving enterprise management system, improve the quality of management, staff skills, improve the efficiency of construction, the economic benefits to the construction enterprises in the fierce competition in the market in an invincible position has a certain significance.
