Getting information of missile flying attitude is always one of the key characters during the study about accurate guidance weapon. The traditional inertial measurement unit often uses the linear accelerometer to measure the acceleration of object, and uses the gyro to measure angular velocity of object. Because the gyro can not withstand the impact of the great acceleration and the great angle acceleration, at present, the inertial measurement unit which can measure the flying attitude of high-speed rotary carrier mainly is the non-gyro inertial measurement unit, namely, resolving the angular speed through the spatial position combination of accelerometer, further obtain the parameters of inertial measurement to achieve the goal of the inertial navigation. In view of the high speed spinning and the small caliber of High-speed Rotary Missile, the small diameter non-gyro posture parameter test system is designed, and the attitude parameter of missile aviation is tested and stored.In this paper, the major contents are as follows:First, the traditional sensor schemes that test the missile attitude is introduced in detailed, and then the sensor schemes of missile attitude test and its arithmetic are discussed.Second, aiming at the mission of attitude test of High-speed Rotary Missile and the arithmetic request of missile attitude parameter test, the small diameter testing system of attitude parameter is designed thoroughly, and then analyzed the design of sensor choice, system, sampling tactics, state and hardware circuit.Finally, the synthesis testing scheme and flow of system test are designed based on analyzing the characteristic of the small diameter testing system of attitude parameter, the sensors are calibrated and the system testing data are analyzed detailed. Many times ground test that based on the three-dimensional attitude testing system of missile has proved that the whole system working is reliable and steady; it also gets the satisfied testing and resolving result.
