Getting information of missile flying attitude is always one of the key characters during the study about accurate guidance weapon. While the sensor scheme of inertial navigation system, attitude arithmetic, circuit layout and testing environment are the main factors which affect the reliability of getting information of missile flying attitude. Researching on the test technology about attitude parameter of High-speed Rotary Missile based on the traditional stored testing technology and the test technology about attitude parameter of missile. The attitude parameter testing system and the corresponding testing system were designed, and the attitude parameter of missile aviation is tested and stored inextenso.First, the traditional sensor schemes that test the missile attitude is introduced detailedly, then the sensor schemes of missile rotation reference and its arithmetic are discussed. Aiming at the attitude testing mission of High-speed Rotary Missile and the arithmetic request of missile rotation reference, the testing system of attitude parameter is designed thoroughly, and then analyzed the design of sensor choice, system, sampling tactics, state and hardware circuit.Second, the three-dimensional attitude testing system of missile is designed based on which analyzing the test system characteristic of attitude parameter and its request to test system, the testing system that has no magnetization , high rotation rate , high accuracy is designed. It probed into the design of machinery physical, electromechanical control, display system, data stored testing system that belong to testing system.Finally, the synthesis testing scheme and flow of system test are designed based on completing system whole design. The sensors are calibrated and the system testing data are analyzed detailedly. Many times ground test has proved that the whole system working is reliable and steady; it also gets the satisfied testing and resolving result. It summed up the innovation and the weak points of the paper and the research still need time to study. The following work that need to consummate question and improvement direction are also proposed.
