In this thesis,the present research status of standard vibration metrology technique at home and abroad is introduced,and the significance of developing low-frequency well.Systematic research has standard vibration metrology is discussed as been done in developing low-frequency standard vibrator.Several key technical problems are solved in order to develop the calibration system of this kind of vibrator.This dissertation if arranged as follows.The properties of vibration transducers and their calibration methods are given,and the significance of establishing low-frequency standard vibration calibration system is pointed out.And then,the present research status on standard vibration metrology at home and abroad is surveyed.Some problems in the low-frequency standard vibration metrology and the future direction are pointed out.In the end,the main content of this dissertation is addressed.Low-frequency vibration sensor calibration system is outlined.First of all. from the perspective of theory and practice vibration sensors are introduced simply,and calibration and significance of the concept described in detail.The main methods of the present calibration are researched.Standard vibrator of the working principle,structure,frequency response characteristics probably made the presentation.Then the system calibration uncertainty of the theory is studied. The low-frequency vibration sensor calibration system of laser interferometer calibration equipment related to the working principle has been studied.The mainly used sine approximation method is analysis and programmed.Low-frequency vibration system standards in several key technical problems are analysis.The closed-loop feedback control of the design-speed, displacement,acceleration feedback control is study,these are of great help to the overall measurement system calibration to enhance the performance;then the system's signal analysis technology- the time-domain analysis,frequency analysis and related analysis;Finally,shaking table of the collection of data signal is processed.
