With the solid rocket motor increasingly using,more and more requirements was request in motor design and development.The traditional “SIX component of force” test equipment was not meeting the requirements in frequency response.Therefore,a stable and reliable test equipment was urgent needed to get the running motor's accurate work data.This solid rocket motor test equipment was designed based on the piezoelectric sensor.The calibration result is the most important parameter which to judge the test equipment qualified the experiment or not.The thesis elaborates the design process of the calibration-software using LabVIEW.The Software was used to calibrate the new solid rocket motor test equipment and get calibration result,which to confirm the new motor test equipment to be able to accomplish the solid rocket motor experiment.This thesis based on the actual project.At stating part,it analysis the functional requirements of the calibration-software,and then the system design and overall plan were appeared due to the functional requirements.In all these plan and design,safety,rapidity,accuracy and data completeness were emphasized.An efficient and multithreaded framework was choosed to make the software working trustingly.In key design part,it elaborates the design process of the data acquisition module,data processing module,motion control module,data storage module and data report module.At last,it elaborates the process of software single-step operation test and no load test.In all these test items,the calibration-software works stablely,and meets the design requirements.In the calibration-software programming,not only the NI acquisition cards but also the PLC system and servo control system were used to make the function of the whole software more applicable.
