Urban spatial structure refers to spacial distribution and combination of relations of the internal elements of the city, is the urban economic and social elements' projection in space. In a sense, the development and optimization of urban spatial structure has become an important way of improve ability of control resources and improve the competitiveness . In-depth study on urban spatial structure , will help us build a harmonious and efficient urban space; through establish appropriate strategies of urban development, we can build a material living conditions that sustainable development, which more suitable for human.First of all, paper gives the core concept of urban form, urban spatial structure and so on, summarize the theory of abroad urban spatial structure and internal correlative research. From theoretical analysis the interaction of transport, industry, ecology with urban spatial structure. Paper analysis the theoretical relationship between urban spatial structure and transport, industry and ecology, etc.Secondly, paper review the course of urban spatial structure evolution of Hefei city, from liberation to now, analysis the restriction about evolution of spatial structure on ecological factors; and from two aspects of transportation and industrial explain the mutual evolution relationship with spatial structure, pointed out the contradictions of that the two aspects with the spatial structure of the contradictions respectively, give the strategy of urban development.Finally, the paper summed up the basis study of the above, given the choice of space expansion mode of Hefei city, points out the trends in the evolution of spatial structure.
