Evolution Of Urban Spatial Form In Hefei Multi-scale Research (1949-2015)

Since the 1980 s,China's urban construction work has developed rapidly.The scale and shape of cities and towns across the country have undergone tremendous changes,and its impact has exceeded any period in history,which directly led to the re-emergence of urban space.Integration,especially in the two major aspects of the rapid expansion of the outer contours of urban space and the replacement of urban interior space.As a mega-city developed from a small county after liberation,Hefei City was once known as the “Hefei Model” and included in the textbook because of the typicality and uniqueness of its urban spatial form.Its urban spatial form and form evolution The pattern has distinct characteristics.Therefore,exploring the evolution process of Hefei City and its intrinsic evolution mechanism has important academic value and practical guiding significance for promoting the innovation and deepening of China's urban form theory research and the practical activities of constructing China's sustainable urban spatial form.In this paper,Hefei City is the empirical object,with the timeline as the main line,facing from the outer contour of urban spatial form,the three main functional sites(residential land,industrial land and public service facilities)and the old city form.The study on the evolution of urban spatial form in the downtown area of Hefei.Firstly,from the external contour,by analyzing the factors such as urban space expansion speed and strength index,the stages are divided according to the change characteristics,and the influence mechanism of the corresponding stage is analyzed.Secondly,in terms of internal functional land use,the article is analyzed.Based on the functional land structure and its mutual transformation,the paper analyzes the spatial characteristics of the spatial succession of major functional land such as industry,residence and public facilities,and analyzes the dynamic mechanism that affects the spatial succession of urban functions.Again,the old city of Hefei is studied.The object,the stage of the space construction process is divided,and the morphological characteristics of each stage are analyzed based on the morphological elements.Finally,based on the summary of the historical pattern of Hefei City,the morphological model suitable for future development is derived.Predict the trend of spatial shape evolution in Hefei in the future,and propose a rational strategy to optimize future spatial patterns.
