Optical instruments for military's testing commonly use the disintegration of detection, testing equipment is single-functioned and the project is incomplete with great subjective factors. This paper proposes a new method to serve the problem. With magnet mechanical positioning, achromatic parallel lens, telephoto with long focal distances and wide-angle lens groups, such modules made the non-disintegration of armored equipment in situ detection into realization. The design of 3-style achromatic collimator guaranteed the measurement accuracy. The first time, CCD detector is used to detect the optical parameters in order to solve the influence of the human eye. Using mathematical morphology, by means of wavelet transform image processing made digital storage into effect.Such experiments show that the detection method can solve the problem that armored optical instruments and equipment can not be achieved in situ detection, it can detect different parameters at the same time, reduce the influence by human eyes greatly. The testing equipment is small, high precision, and achieved a rapid measurement.
