The quality of the grating moiré signal directly affects its subdivision effect.Affected by the hardware and environment of the system,there are short-cycle errors such as DC drift,unequal amplitude deviations,and non-orthogonal deviations in the optical signals output by the grating sensor.Among them,the non-orthogonal deviation has a large randomness and it is difficult to perform a high-precision and real-time compensation.Therefore,as an important technical support in grating applications,the subdivision of non-orthogonal moiré signals has a high research value.Based on the analysis of the current moiré signal amplitude segmentation and non-orthogonal offset compensation techniques,this paper studies on the subdivision algorithm of non-orthogonal grating moiré signal and its implementation.Mathematical model and quantitative analyze of two key parameters in the digital implementation of the algorithm.According to the quantization model,select the device parameters.And design the system hardware circuit to complete the grating signal acquisition and segmentation.Build an experimental platform to verify the mathematical model and test the accuracy of the non-orthogonal subdivision algorithm in the system.The main research contents include:1.Research on the non-orthogonal moiré signal subdivision algorithm: Research on a non-orthogonal grating signal subdivision algorithm in order to break through the limitations of traditional subdivision methods that two moiré signals must be strictly orthogonal,to achieve multi-times subdivision of non-orthogonal moiré signals.2.Analysis and modeling of algorithm parameters: According to the principle of the algorithm,analyze the parameters that affect the subdivision effect,establish two mathematical models,and verify the validity of the model through simulation.3.Hardware circuit design of the digital grating signal subdivision system: The device parameters are selected according to the parameter quantization model,and a digital subdivision system hardware circuit based on “signal acquisition-preprocessing-subdivision” is designed to complete the grating signal acquisition and 1024 times subdivision.4.Verification of subdivision accuracy: The experimental platform was set up.The precision electric turntable was used as a small angle generator and the laser interferometer was used as a standard instrument to verify the subdivision precision achievable by the digital grating signal subdivision system.Research in this paper explores the digital subdivision method for non-orthogonal grating moiré signals.The expected results can provide a solution for multiple times real-time subdivision of non-orthogonal grating signals.It has certain positive influence on the research of domestic grating signal subdivision.
