In the thesis, the optoelectric signal processing system design of the electric Theodolite is presented in detail. The main research work of this thesis is focus on the following sections such as the working principle of the optoelectronic system, the acquisition and processing of the Moire Fringe grating signal, FPGA is designed to take count of the counting pulses and distinguish the direction. The hardware and software of signal-chip microcomputer control system and other peripheral circuits are designed. Then , the optimization technique is advanced and realized by software.. Furthermore, we analyzed the error produced by the methods we used in the system designed, and the techniques to eliminate the error and other ant-interference methods are introduced. At last, the optimization technique is utilized in the system design in order to satisfy the system qualification expected. Herein ,the measuring precision of the system we designed in this thesis is up to 2 " and the precision of reaches to 1" .
