Research On The Enduring Test Method Of Wheel Bearings And System Design

Car wheel bearings enduring test is an important part of bearing performance tests,it can be used to detect wheel bearing reliability and life expectancy,assess the quality of wheel bearings and performance.Compared with rapid development of automotive manufacturing,Car wheel bearings lack enduring test technology and test equipment.So Research for the wheel bearing test technology and test system become more important.The main content of this thesis are as follows:(1) Introducing briefly of the situation at home and abroad on the enduring test method of wheel bearing,it finally gave the research content and ideas of this thesis.(2) Through analysis of actual load situation and rotation situation on wheel bearings,the thesis gave wheel bearings condition simulating method and enduring test load spectra design method,finally gave an example to illustrate the process of spectra design.(3) The thesis introduced the rolling element bearing failure and enduring failure detection method.The suitability anslysis for the time domain index and temperature index was given, finally the thesis gave the result that kurtosis and waveform factors was suitable for the enduring failure test.Through the white noise with each pulse superposition method,then use MATLAB simulation technology to verify the figures.Wheel Bearings identified indicators of failure detection and detection rules was presented,finally the thesis gave the multi-threshold-based indicators of the enduring failure detection methods.(4) Through analysing the functions and requirements for the wheel bearing enduring test rig,design method for the test rig and measurement control system was given.In particular, the support of test equipment to conduct a detailed analysis and the results show that the test device to support the program and add the actual bearings more in line with actual conditions. (5) In accordance with the requirements,hardware module for measurement and control system was designed,including control module and data processing module,design method for endurance test monitoring and control system software modules in detailly,Finally Software debugging has been done.
