The purpose of this study is to design a set of measurement and control system based on the rail vehicle axle box bearing testing machine in laboratory. The system can realize human-machine interaction, and measured the bearing performance is stable and reliable. Through understanding the development of bearing testing machine at home and abroad, established the overall scheme of the measurement and control system of bearing testing machine based on the railway rolling stock industry standard TB/T3000-3000axle box rolling bearing in the axle box test on the thermal test method and fatigue test method and the European standard BS EN12082. Complete the main circuit control system, multistage speed control system, sensors signal control system, hydraulic loading system, testing machine supervisory control and data acquisition system. Accomplish the PLC programming and debugging of the measurement and control system.This system mainly adopts the Siemens S7-200PLC by the USS protocol using RS-485standard serial interface connection of Siemens M440inverter as the control operation part. The execute part adopts inverter and three phase asynchronous motor, to control the motor start, stop, speed adjustment. The PLC communicates with the touch screen by PPI communication function. The touch screen can read the inverter parameters, set the inverter parameter, achieve information feedback, achieving complete closed loop control. Measurement and control system includes automatic load bearing testing machine, automatic control of motor speed, temperature, speed, load, the automatic monitoring function, using the configuration software MCGS monitor PLC, and adopts industrial control computer, connect with vibration sensor, accept the vibration signal from a high-speed bearing fault analysis function module, and then to test the vibration of the bearing in the process of the real-time fault diagnosis analysis. Using the upper unit configuration software MCGS to complete the process configuration, data acquisition, data display and centralized control.Finally with the bearing load test and vibration test to verify the measurement and control system, results show that it can satisfy the requirement of the bearing performance test, and the desired level.
