Research On The New Pneumatic Digital Valve With Rotating Plate

Along with the rapid development of digital control technology, direct digital control technology has been popular studied on control of the digital/servo valve pressure control system.A new type of pneumatic digital valve with rotating plate has been designed based on the original digital valve, in order to conquer many shortcoming of the present digital/serve valve. The new valve has simple structure, powerful anti-pollution, low cost and can be continuous controlled. This valve will able to meet the demand of study the FLEXIBLE PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR FPA, and can generally be applied to industrial pneumatic control system.The thesis includes the following main pursuit.1. Arming at the present problems of the big volume and difficult mechanical treatment, the new design was adopt. It make the volume of valve smaller and the mechanical treatment easier.2. The new circuit wafer has been designed. It has many functions include survey, communications and control.3. The devices based on CAN BUS can realize the function of plug and play on the valve.4. The experiments of the new valve were carried out for its advantages and disadvantages.5. From the research of the new valve, these will be helpful for the further study of serve system and the optimized design of digital components.
