Pump rotor static deflection for water pump is an important this mechanical parameters, which is directly related to the water pump operation reliability and service life of the whole system. Therefore, the study of water pump rotor static deflection is of great significance.This paper builds a comprehensive system of pump rotor static deflection measurement. By reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature, basic understanding of the pump rotor static deflection measurement method, in view of the current problems existing in the static deflection measurement process, do the research of the system, and to understand the advantages and disadvantages of different measuring methods. This article first expounds the definition of static deflection and the fundamental cause of its, according to the requirement of the measurement accuracy of 0.01 mm, is proposed and established a water pump rotor static deflection testing scheme. In this paper, from the overall design for more than a bit machine software MATLAB for user operation interface, PLC as the controller, programmable logic devices to omar dial gauge and bentley eddy current sensor for measuring instrument, with stepping motor as the rotating device of a static deflection testing method. On the hardware, the use of marr dial indicator to detect the rotor position of the deflection of the vertical direction of change, and the use of programmable logic devices of Siemens PLC control stepping motor to achieve the purpose of the rotary pump rotor. In order to meet the accuracy requirement of 0.01 mm, choose A 16-bit resolution of adc, 4017 +0.1% research China precision A/D converter, A/D converter through the RS485 communication port the data into the PLC; On the software, the use of PC software MATLAB GUI interface with man-machine interactive functions, in order to realize the maldives dial gauge and superordination machine, PLC controller and PC communication, and to get the relevant data for processing, using the cubic spline interpolation method of fitting out a conform to the requirements of the deflection curve, to estimate the rotor offset the position of the maximum point, the static deflection pump rotor is obtained.
