The static deflection often appears in the material mechanics,generally referring to the deformation of engineering common shaft,beam deflection.Water pump rotor refers to the centroid of cross section along the vertical axis and the direction of the line displacement deformation under its own gravity,the static deflection of the size is directly related to the reliability and efficiency of pump operation.The design of the measurement system for the static deflection of the pump rotor is of great significance to the development of the pump.According to the structure of the pump rotor itself,from the overall design of the system,a complete measurement scheme has been designed in the accuracy of the measurement and actual application feasibility,respectively on the measurement system hardware design,software design.The system hardware design uses the programmable logic device PLC as the main controller and complete the stepper motor control precision measurement.The static deflection of three directions is 0 degrees,90 degrees and 180 degrees,the analog of eddy current sensor is measured by the Advantech 4017+A/D converter through the RS485 communication port to send data to the PLC;In the system software design,GUI interface is designed for the software system and the program is prepared for it,the GUI interface can be made on the measurement of the deflection data processing and curve fitting,the maximum static deflection of the display and storage of measurement data,user data can be retrieved at any time.In the data processing,a new method of measuring the rotor static deflection is adopted,and the measured deflection data is interpolated.The maximum value of the static deflection of the pump rotor is obtained by applying the three spline interpolation fitting curve.The results show that the fitting error of the three spline curve fitting methods can reduce the error of the maximum deflection value to 25.2% of the direct measurement error.Used to simulate the beam pump rotor deflection measurement,through the calculation of the beam theory formula,we can get the beam deflection of the true value.Calculation of curve fitting obtained the maximum absolute error of the true value and the theoretical calculation value is less than 0.01 mm,the measurement accuracy reaches 10?m,which can accurately verify the accuracy of application of three spline curve fitting for static deflection.In the actual factory measurement,by simulating the pump rotor with ANSYS finite element,the maximum value from the simulation images can be obtained in the static deflection,the finite element simulation results can further verify the accuracy and feasibility of three spline curve fitting for the static deflection of actual measurement in the application in the factory.Measuring the rotor simulation experiment is conducted in the laboratory,using the beam to simulate the rotor pump,through the experimental platform system,the static deflection measurement,to verify the feasibility of application of the whole system of measuring static deflection,and the host computer through GUI interface to complete the drawing deflection curve and the maximum value.
