Hydro-Pneumatic Suspension (HPS) is one of the key technologies in All-Terrain Crane (ATC). The researches of HPS in the design of vibrational characteristic parameter, vibrational performance evaluation and structure design are quite weakness domestically, so the research has great significance.The thesis is based on the background of research on the the key technologies in ATC, which is in advance research project of School of Mechanical Engineering. Using LIEBHERR LTM1500 ATC as the object, the HPS's vibrational characteristic has been researched. In this thesis, the following contents are included:(1) The simplified physical model interlinkage and the two degree nonlinear mathematical model of vibration system considering constant force effect are built. Using impulse wave as the vibrational bestir, the mathematical model is analyzed by the ODE45 solver of MATLAB software. The dynamic characteristic of the system has fetched, and the nonlinear characteristic has been proved.(2) The dynamic simulation of the HPS interlinkage is done with MSC.ADAMS software to prove the legitimacy of the nonlinear mathematical model in the thesis. And it shows good shock absorption performence compared to the liner vibratinal system.(3) The stiffness and damping parameters of the system are analyzed by changing the parameters of HPS's structure. The key points of design and calculation on the stiffness and damping parameters of HPS are expatiated. The processes of design and calculation of it are summarized. It has some significance to the design of practicality project.(4) The comfort simulation model is built base on the mathematical model. Using the time domain road load as the vibrational bestir, the simulations for comfort of HPS and liner suspension are done. The parameters' effect trend and extent to comfort of HPS have been analyzed by the simulation model.In this thesis, the main design factors influencing the vibration of HPS have been found based on the research of vibrational parameters of HPS. A simple utility time domain road load chart procedure is designed. Also the simulation model of HPS for comfort has been built. The parameters' effect trend and extent to comfort of HPS have been summarized. It has some reference valve to the design of HPS.
