With China's rapid economic growth, the contradiction of economic development and resources and the environment is becoming increasingly acute. The State "Eleventh Five-Year Program" puts forward some binding targets: during the "Eleventh Five-Year" the unit of GDP energy consumption reduced by 20% and the total discharge of major pollutants reduced by 10% . The Transport industry faces the same challenges of The energy-saving and emission reduction, and the emergence of the Warm Mix Asphalt can be effective in promoting the energy-saving and emission reduction to achieve this important task.The Warm Mixture Asphalt (WMA) can reduce the viscosity of asphalt and the mixing temperature of the mixture , so as to reduce energy consumption, and to reduce the usage and the aging of construction equipment, and in the process of production and construction the WMA can also reduce the emissions of exhaust and dust,in order to improve the quality of the environment around the site and to maintain the health of the construction workers.This paper has conducted a systematic study as follows: The preparation of asphalt mixing additives to reduce the viscosity of the asphalt mix,the filler-bitumen ratio of the mixture after admixture-doped, the control parameters of mixing process, the performance of mixture and the economy and comparing the performances of the admixture with each other. Study shows that: the appropriate amount of the admixture Sasobit or Sasowam, can effectively lower the temperature of asphalt viscosity, and then lower the mixing and compaction temperature to achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection. The appropriate amount of the admixture Sasobit or Sasowam can also improve the high-temperature performance of the WMA, enhance the capacity of the anti-rutting of asphalt pavement and effect on the mixture's low temperature performance and moisture stability a little. At the same time, after researching the filler-bitumen ratio of the mixture including Sasowam or Sasobit, it has put reasonable requests of filler-bitumen ratio , the the moisture content permitted of the stone during the course of construction and been verified the pavement performances.
