The phenomenon that percent degree of compaction of cement, lime and other inorganic binder super 100 and decreacing with periods while doing subgrade and pavement construction checking brings large bepuzzlement on the effective control and correct appraisement of compaction's quality. Therefore, it is necessary to research the inorganic binder on detection methods in construction and correct appraisement of compaction's quality in subgrade and pavement construction .Aiming at the application of inorganic binder in the most areas subgrade and pavement engineering of Henan Practice, we find increase the strike test is good for control the compaction quality on the aspect of construction technology. From the compaction quality which containing oversize stone,it is put forward the control method basing on the compaction curve which containing oversize stone. Though the indoor and outdoor constract test,we study on the declay of compaction of lime soil and analysis the reason.Finaly,the control method of according to the daclay of the best densityof lime soil is proposed.The paper solves the actual problem of effective control and correct appraisement of compaction's quality at scene of the inorganic binder in the subgrade and pavement engineering applications, effects the control of compaction's quality of subgrade and pavement construction, expandes and improves the application scope and pavement performance of inorganic binder in the subgrade and pavement engineering and will bring notable economic returns and social benefits .
