Study On Anti-adhesion Technology Of Work Unit Of Slipforming Curb Machine

The theory that mould of slipforming curb machine adhesion concrete is analyzed in this paper. The solution to the problem is gave. On the basis of previous research on other machine and the structure principle of the device, a number of theoretical and experimental practice and exploration is made.The working principle and working process of slipforming curb machine is discussed on the basis of previous studies in other engineering machinery, through analyzing work part of typical slipforming curb machine and the principle of concrete sticks to metal device on slipforming machine. On the basis of theoretical analysis, combined with laboratory test equipment and technical conditions , some pilot study by adhension of mortar and device is done in this paper. At the basis of test date obtained preliminary measures and methods to slove the adhesion problem of slipforming curb machine ,the theory is summed up.Through the analysis of slipforming concrete with which slipfoming curb machine worked, the impact of concrete composition and performance to viscosity is found. The effect to the concrete mixture viscosity such as adding fly ash or other material is obtained. The reserch of the paper makes some reference to technology development and application of curbsliding mode device . The conclusion has a certain significance in both theory and practice.
