The concrete slipforming curb machine is the more important construction equipment about paving the structure of all kinds of the pathway and the water blocking off and the offtake of the farming irrigation.In the country,because of making little studing on the minitype construction machine,we havn't have the valuable structure analysis theory and instruc document on the design model parameter and construction technic.Therefore,the studing on this kind of equipment has very important meaning in the theory and the practice.This paper take PC200 slipforming curb machine as research object,introduces the characteristics of PC200,calculates formulas on the mould hoisting height;couductes a study to the methods of the main technical parameters,builds the 3D models of the main parts for whole vehicle models.On the base of FEM analysis, analyses on static stiffness and strength characteristics of the frame under the most unfavorable working conditions,found the the result of stress analysis and the point of maximum stress and the distribution map of coefficient of safety,so on. Using ANSYS, it makes the modal analysis of the frame of PC200, gets the deformation of displacement of the frame at the natural frequency of sixteen rank, compared with the natural frequency under different conditions and with the possible resonance frequencies, to ensure to avoid the range of resonance frequency. Provides a theoretical basis of optimizing frame structure.According to the ansys of the quality of the curb,this text solves the problem of the technology of PC200 slipforming curb machine, gives the maching throry formula of vibrocompaction parameters and the installing position of the vibrator and the speed of the car, provides the maching relationship of the vibration frequency and paving speed. The text sets up the kinetic model, by using matlab software, we gets displacement, pace and acceleration of PC200 hopper with the the installation of a and two vibrators. It laids the foundation of the equipment and the process design of slipforming curb machine.
