At present, Lead Acid battery is used widely as a key power of electric vehicles,but the development of battery is hard to make great progress .Battery becomes the "bottleneck" to block electric vehicle's development. The research of thesis aimed at the process of charging and discharging based on the Lead Acid battery physicochemical characteristics,binding electric vehicle characteristic with power electric technology ,computer technology and control technology to control the process of charging and discharging to reduce the period of charging and extend battery life and mileage .1.This thesis focuses on the aspect of charging and discharging of Lead Acid battery. Also the chemical principles of Lead Acid battery is discussed in the thesis. Based on forenamed principles improved systems of charging have been introduced ,the method accede fuzzy control and optimize charging curve to ensure the safe and rapidness of charging.2.Binding the process of charging and discharging with the control technology to ruduce the bad effect of Lead acid battery "polarization"and achieve unit power factor.And the discharging current of Lead Acid battery can be set freely,it will greatly cut down period of charging and make the voltage of battery check more accuracly.3. Finally,combining the energy regenerating , Lead acid battery ,and breaker,the energy recycling research in the thesis are to extend the mileage of electric vehicle.At the same time,we should ensure the life of battery and the normal work of breaker.This thesis was make between the problems and methods of max regenerative energy recycling control,constant breaking current recycling contral,and constant feedback current recycling control.The simulation result approved the analyze and the research were advisable..
