The Study And Design Of The Train Identification System In ATS In UMT

The supervision and control of the whole train operation line was realized and the automatic management of the whole line was assisted with the Automatic Train Supervision (ATS), which plays a very important role in improving the efficiency of the traffic and protecting the train running.Since a long time, the ATS system has been the hotspot of the attention in vocation. However, the previous research only focused on several independence function modules of ATS and the study of it with these several function modules by the train identification is scarcely. Thus in this article, the research of several function modules in ATS is associated with the train identification more deeply and valuably. The simulated system of the train identification system in the ATS was developed and the adjustment of train operation with the train identification was described in this article.This article begins with the simple analyzing of the general structure, functions and principles of the ATS. And then, the denotative method of the train identification, the changes of the train identification in the progress of the train running which are achieved, displayed, modified and deleted, and the use of the train identification were discussed. Especially, the application of the train identification in the adjustment of the train running is analyzed. The multithreading technique of VB.NET with the AutoCAD and Excel was used in establishing the train identification of the ATS according to ChengDu Metro 1 line. And in this article, a significant discussion was made on it.The train identification system in the ATS will exhibit the whole process of the operation of all the trains on the railway clearly. And it makes the evaluation of the capability of the ATS more objective and genuine, the training more convenience and the method of adjustment more reasonable and simple. It will play a very important role in the development of ATS system.
