The Research Of On-Line Monitoring And Faults Diagnostics For High Voltage Circuit Breaker

High voltage circuit breaker is one of the most important and the most complex electrical device,and it play an important role to guarantee electrical power system .On-line working condition monitoring research for high-voltage circuit breaker..The real-time and precise monitoring of the circuit breaker will provide a lot of data of the breaker for we diagnose whether there is faults in breakers. This thesis built a system of monitoring and faults diagnostics.Firstly, in this paper, the theory about on-line working condition monitoring research for high-voltage circuit breaker is firstly discussed. How to measure the travel characteristic, calculate expectancy of electrical endurance, analysis coil current and vibration. Thus can be obtained operating condition of circuit breakers.Secondly, the hardware for monitoring high-voltage circuit breaker working condition is designed. The .hardware is made up of tow parts, one is the data acquisition and processing and communicate with the computer, the other is the computer, which is used to display result, and so on. Data acquisition unit and the computer are linked by RS-485.Lastly, under the necessity of monitoring system ,this paper designed date acquisition programme,date processing programme,uplod programme and give an alam programme.The part of the theory about on-line working research for high-voltage circuit breaker are researched, the hardware and the software are completed.
