In recent years,along with China's power industry rapid development as well as electric power automated system progressing by leaps and bounds,the electrical equipment is moving towards large-scale,continuous,automated and intelligent direction.The demand of security and reliability to power system becomes higher and higher.As a result,even if only once a fault caused extremely short production equipment stopped work will cause enormous losses.Circuit Breaker is the most important power system control and protection equipment,in the role of the electrical network,the consequences of its failure is very serious.However,in the power system,particularly the high-voltage circuit breaker is the number of circuit breakers,maintenance of large,high-cost equipment.Currently a regular maintenance system blindness,and easy introduction of the new Hidden troubles, reduces equipment reliability.To ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment, we must strengthen the management and maintenance of equipment.Therefore, implements on-line status monitoring and fault diagnosis to the high-voltage circuit breaker provides the basis for the equipment maintenance is the development direction of the maintenance system.High Voltage Circuit Breaker on-line monitoring,refers to carry on the uninterrupted real-time operational monitor to high-voltage circuit breaker's status parameters,then process them and turn them into useful information,through signal recognition to judge failure and abnormal position,the reasons and degree of high-voltage circuit breaker,predict the failure or abnormal possible consequences and the speed,and give maintenance plans and items.The main work and the results are as follows:(1)Base on the domestic and international high-voltage circuit breaker on-line monitoring and diagnosis technology research and development trend and reality of the current sensing technology and embedded technology,this paper designed and developed an On-line Monitoring and Diagnosis System for High Voltage Circuit Breaker Based on DSP TMSLF2407.(2)Introduced the monitoring system principles and integrated design plan, and calibrated the main parameters of the system.(3)Given the overall design of the monitoring host device,then expanded the hardware and software design and realization process of the system modules. Especially against the current domestic graphite vents the characteristics of circuit breakers,introduced its design principles,and designed the graphite break monitoring module.(4)The paper designed the PC diagnostic expert system software CBTM-2000,given the major work processes,and the implementation process.(5)After the scene debugging,the system is operating well.
