The construction of the short-pylon cable-stayed bridge is a continually changing process of its structure system. So in order to achieve rational complete bridge state and to ensure the safety of constructing bridge, it must be strict for the construction process, which is the central task of the short-pylon cable-stayed bridge construction control. Based on the design of a short-pylon cable-stayed brigde called JingLan Bridge, a finite element model of entire bridge was established with beam element using Bridge Doctor software. This thesis reaserch about the construction control of the short-pylon cable-stayed bridge, particularize the control of the linetype, stress and cable force in the process of pylon cable-stayed bridge construction.The thesis discusses one of the main parts in construction control, that is, control and detection of the cable force in the process of pylon cable-stayed bridge construction, and analyses in detail the effect factors of measuring the cable force. by frequency method. And through discussing effect factors of the boundary conditions, gravity sag and flexural rigidity of the cable, a modified method to deal with the error about the frequency method to measure the cable force in commonly condition is given. The suggested practicable methods can give guarantees the precision of the frequency method to measure the cable force and reference for the onstruction control of the cable force in short-pylon cable-stayed bridge.
