With the rapid development of social economy, human face population explosion, resources shortage and environmental deterioration, which these problems become more and more serious. "Reentering ocean" is one important way to solve these problems, so the modern ocean technology is absolutely necessary mean.Electro-Hydraulic proportional control technique is one of the best flourishing embranchment in fluid drive and control technology. It makes sufficient use of good qualities in hydraulic pressure control and electricity control. It is almost applied in all industry fields. By way of important composing part, the function of proportional controllable amplifier is to provide given capability current for proportional electromagnetic magnet or electricity-machine switching equipments. Based on "National funding project 863"- deep-sea sets forming dynamic source, differential amplifier is designed , with high common-mode rejection ratio,high input impedance and low non-linear voltage comparer.According to one of main difficulties of deep-sea research- the problem of seawater pressure, the method of dynamic pressure compensation should be adopted. Because closed loop electro hydraulic proportional variable pump used proportional amplifier to control hydraulic source, which adopts relative working pressure-signal, (containing no signal from seawater pressure), the electric controlled method is raised to eliminate seawater pressure. Two pressure sensors, located at variable ballast, test the outlet pressure of the pump and seawater pressure. Through comparing amplified circuit, two path pressure signals make linear calculation and switch to one path pressure signal, which is inputted proportional amplifier and meets the demands of input interface and control quantity of proportional amplifier. The experiments turn out feasibility and superiority of the method.The article reports the compositions of proportional amplifier, and each unit circuits are carried out deep theoretical research and design calculation, mainly including power circuit,the differential amplifier,signal processing circuit,PWM controlled circuit and power amplification circuit and so on. Meanwhile, a great deal experimental examinations are done and the results are analyzed. With incessant improvement and perfection, the design of proportional amplifier is completed. Then test results show that the functional requirements of proportional amplifier are achieved and it comes to a good linearity.
