Tunnel construction has some features such as great initial investment and inconvenient maintenance, especially when the tunnel construction is filled with water in subaqueous gas tunnel,therefore it is very important to carry out reliability analysis and reliability estimation towards subaqueous gas tunnel. This article rely on Dong Gan Zui tunnel of Chang river of south main section to carry out reliability research towards building-up tunnel construction.Principal study contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)Many methods used in structural reliability analysis at present were summarized in this paper, at the same time reliability analysis of tunnel were also discussed in this paper.(2)Reliability analysis towards lining of the building-up tunnel construction were carried out through Monte Carlo Method by means of PDS module of ANSYS in this thesis. Command streams which were used to exert reverse load nodal force automatic at excavation interface and to exert hydrostatic pressure at interior of tunnel were compiled by using programming languge APDL. The finite element model for reliability analyses of tunnel lining were established and reliability analyses document was created.(3)Sensitivity analysis based on reliability against secondary lining of sumaqueous gas tunnel was carried out, the sensitivity of every design variable(thickness of secondly lining, poisson ratio of rock,etc.altogether 17 design variables) anser to every result variable(maximum displacement of secondly lining DMAX, maximum stress SMAX, minimum stress SMIN) were educed,at the same time, the scatter plots of the design variables which are sensitive to reliability of tunnel lining against result variables were painted, design variables concluded thickness of secondly lining and poisson ratio of rock, result variables concluded maximum displacement of secondly lining DMAX, maximum stress SMAX, minimum stress SMIN, relation curves was also painted at the same time.(4)Reliability assessment versus secondary lining of the subaqueous tunnel was carried out, reliability of the secondary lining when output variables(maximum displacement of secondary lining DMAX, maximum stress SMAX, minimum stress SMIN) homologize some value was also figured out.
