The main task of a Space Butt-joint Platform is to precisely install equipment into the fixed ark or to dismount equipment from the fixed ark for maintenance. This paper is based on precisely butt-joint, the key technique of precisely butt-joint is 6 DOFS function of Space Butt-joint Platform . Sequentially,it is analyzed that sustain shelly is the key part of the Space Butt-joint Platform. Optimization design of sustain shelly which has a great value for the next Space Butt-joint Platform's designs.There has a Space Butt-joint Platform's function analysis, decompound and combination the function of technics way, structure of Space Butt-joint Platform is summed up. According to the function analysis and instance of spot butt-joint, it is obvious that 6 DOFS function of Space Butt-joint Platform is the key to achieve equipment precisely installing, it is necessary to optimize ustain shelly of Space Butt-joint Platform as a key part, it is the object of this paper researching.this paper is research on ustain shelly of Space Butt-joint Platform, FEM software ANSYS11.0 is mostly used to establish shelly FEM model, inflict restrict and load according to actual instance, then progress statics and mode analysis, some datas is obtained such as equivalent stress plot,total deformation plot,former ten modals and shapes. Those are capability targets as optimization design.Introduce topology optimization design method and theory of continuum structure, ansysworkbench11.0 topologically optimiz in alterable density method in this paper, calculate in optimality criteria method. Introduce the method of modeling based on alterable density, iterative formula is derived. Define target function,restriction function and design variable of optimization. It is otained 3 optimization results by changing restriction condition, but Optimized pseudo density plots keep consistent basically. It arises a reliability analysis for topology optimization result to avoid numerical valuei nstability phenomena, apparently, there is inexistence of gridding lean. Topology optimization result isn't used to produce and manufacture, take foundry shelly into account, it is essential to manufactural manage link to topology optimized pseudo density plot, a new butt-joint platform for the hall is designed. Finally, establish new shelly FEM model and progress statics and mode analysis. Compare equivalent stress plot,total deformation plot,former ten modals and shapes with the old one's , it is discovered that shelly's mechanics capability isn't changed obviously and beyond sufferance scope; but the first inherent frequency enhances obviously after topology optimization, shelly dynamics characteristic becomes better. The mass of shelly minish by 30%, debase cost of manufacture greatly. Therefore, it reach the purpose of topology optimization design and thesis research, It has a significance for the next Space Butt-joint Platform's designs.
