Taking the high embankment slope of The Southwest of LiupanShui Yuezhao Airport as research object in this paper.The planning airport with a complicated engineering geological condition and many engineering geological problems. The study area up to fill a high degree of 89.35m, is to fill the entire field a high degree of the largest, and therefore high fill slope stability study is very necessary.In this paper, first of all, research of the study area high fill slope engineering geological conditions, as well as signs of deformation and failure mode on the basis of the investigation, then the use of high fill slope geological instability mode analysis,numerical simulation of three-dimensional and limit equilibrium method of the study area high fill slope stability for a more complete analysis and evaluation, and give the corresponding measuress of the foundation. Details and results are as follows:(1) Through on-site investigations, combined with drilling, in situ testing, laboratory testing, engineering, and geophysical exploration pits identified by means of the study area topography, lithology, geological structure, hydro-geological characteristics of the population. Also on the nature of the works in the body filling, construction methods and quality control were studied. These are high slope stability of the study area of research and governance.(2) Slope of the characteristics of the study area, the structural characteristics of rock and soil analysis, soil physical and mechanical test statistics, the study area-based rock and soil physical parameters are given to provide a reasonable basis for, and analysis of rock and soil physical mechanical properties of high fill slope stability.(3) The high fill slope instability based on the geological analysis, numerical simulation using FLAC for high fill slope deformation and stability of a more comprehensive and in-depth analysis, from the mechanism, the internal point of view on the causes of deformation and failure of such The reasons for a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the study area high fill slope stability has provided sufficient evidence.(4) Select the typical profile of the region, through the limit equilibrium method to calculate the natural 6m and 12m water conditions and the foot of the slope stability factor, and to identify potentially dangerous slip surface.(5) The combination of high fill slope instability analysis of the geological model, FLAC numerical simulation and stability of limit equilibrium method results, a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of high fill slope stability. The study area under natural conditions the slope is stable overall. In the role of high filling body, the study area the situation is more complex slope stability, there are four unstable modes.(6) Combined with the results of slope stability evaluation, targeted to the appropriate management measures, on the whole deal from the original foundation, the body of the filling and drainage way to begin to deal with, and measures taken by the foundation to deal with the effects of test.
