With the hydraulic transmission of the performance and recognize the superiority of progressive-depth, hydraulic transmission device applications become more and more extensive. Hydraulic transmission device in our country have a broad market demand. At home and abroad on the hydraulic transmission device although there is some relevant research data, but we are still unable to access their systems design methodology. We have to conduct a hydraulic transmission box design, production, and the first thing is to their system design methods.In this paper, apart from the hydraulic transmission and research related to the theory outside the box, mainly for hydraulic transmission box design research, and the 5600 oil commonly used box-type hydraulic transmission performance parameters as the basis for the design of the examples indicate.In this paper, the theory of hydraulic drive system, as well as relevant research data, summed up the system hydraulic transmission box design method. Hydraulic transmission box on the main part - hydraulic torque converter and planetary gear speed change mechanism of the main structural elements drive the design of methods of analysis and design examples.During the design cycle of a round of the hydraulic torque converter, according to the theory of one-dimensional beam pattern of the characteristics of a round circle of the requirements, we have proposed a flow line from the middle to start a new cycle of design method, and according to this method set up the mathematical model, describes the specific application of this method, expounded the general design steps.Hydraulic torque converter of the blade design is to determine and influence important parameters of converter performance. At the beginning of design, because a lot of parameters are uncertain and should not be designed directly for solving the specific parameters required. We have to theoretical research in accordance with the relevant changes in the laws of the relevant parameters, and then select the specific calculation of the relevant parameters cascade. In this paper, by using Matlab programming, using three-dimensional graphical methods to show the characteristics of torque converter and the relationship between the relevant parameters so that we know of the hydraulic torque converter and a more intuitive understanding.When we conducted our hydraulic torque converter of the leaf blade-type design, according to different distribution of angular momentum available to different scenarios. In this paper we use distribution methods of equal momentum giving a leaf design description.In the design of planetary gear change mechanism, we determine the number of stalls and their ratio according to stalls in the principle of distribution, and design a planetary gear transmission part of the structure of agencies diagram. We carried out a detailed analysis of various stalls and meshing action case and the implementation of various rates. We carried out with optimized tooth design calculated aims at minimum quality of transmission parts of planetary gear speed change mechanism, and at last we draw relevant data.
