Risk Assessment Of Flammable Workplace Of Auto Manufacturing Enterprise And Safety Management Study

In modern manufacturing enterprise, fire accident causes serious risks. It is important to establish and improve the fire management system and ensure the fire safety.There are many workplaces storing and handling flammable materials in auto manufacturing enterprise, such as paint-shop, engine and automobile test places, gas stations, etc. These places cause major fire risks to the enterprise. So, it is an emergent issue of how to effectively eliminate or lower the fire risks of workplace containing flammable materials in enterprise. Risk assessment is a basic method to decrease and control the fire hazards.Based on the recognized key risk hazards, this article studies the development of flammable liquid fire using event tree analysis. Determine three key events (release, ignition and injury) in the fire accident with person injury. Further analysis the risk attributes relating to individual event. According to the event, risk attributes and their relationships, establish the risk assessment model structure.This article uses the engine test cell as the practical case demonstrating the practical application of the risk assessment model in auto manufacturing enterprise. After the analysis of the assessment result, recognize the key hazards and management defects of the workplace. For these hazards and defects, make the effective countermeasures.In the end, this article illustrates the establishing of safety management system based on risk management. This system will enhance the application of risk assessment and increase the performance of safety management.
