| With the rapid development of the entire automobile industry,the benefits of the auto parts industry gradually exceed those of the whole vehicle industry.Domestic auto parts companies have always been attached to OEM’s customers and their own independent research and development strength is weak.Reasonable project management system plays a very important role in the development of auto parts.At present,many auto parts manufacturing enterprises do not have enough understanding of project management,leading to the failure of internal project management to meet the development needs of enterprises.The adaptability and competitiveness of auto parts enterprises cannot be improved rapidly,which hinders the development of domestic auto parts industry.Therefore this article studies the management methods for the development of auto parts,including the knowledge system of modern project management,ISO/TS16949 quality standards.Through the analysis of L company’s specific application of APQP,FMEA,WBS and other management tools for auto parts development project management at the present stage,the main problem that caused the delay in automotive research and development-the project the problem of unreasonable schedule formulation is analyzed from the beginning to the end.In the enterprise management SAP system application,starting with the work breakdown structure,make the plan management network,select the critical path reasonably,optimize the critical path through the deployment of various human resources,and evaluate the benefits of the optimized project to find out the problems that lead to the delay of the project and solve them. |
