The tube-propellers' push data of the hovercraft is a important data of researching its rapidity, airworthiness and keeping sailing posture. As it is difficult to analysis and calculate the dynamic state push of the tube-propeller device, the paper raised a relation analysis between the tube-propellers' push and bracket stress. And this analysis can lead to the intention of calculating the dynamic state push of the tube-propellers from dynamic state stress testing. A bracket stress testing project is raised using the relation analysis in this article, and supported the research of the tube-propellers' dynamic push in a cushion posture case in the future. This paper has introduced these works:1. Using a Finite-Element Method, the stress response of the tube-propellers brackets and pedestals in several cases is calculated. The cases of the brackets' boundary conditions are analyzed, and the stress data of the testing positions is given;2. Based on the FEM stress effects calculation, the relation between the tube-propeller push and the bracket stress is analyzed, and curves of push-stress are gained. Furthermore, the probable effects of the curves caused by various interferences are analyzed.3. The current test methods are discussed and a compared experiment between the metallic strain sensor and the optical fiber sensor is taken. The data from the experiment is also compared with the theoretical analysis, and then the method of the test is decided. At last, the measuring points are accounted and located on the structural FEM analysis, and the project is confirmed primarily.
