Aspherical optical elements are widely applied in modem optical system with it is advantages that it is easy to errect aberration,improve image quality,enlarge field of view and increase action distance.Interference is kind of mainly method of aspherical surface with high accuracy.Mary kind of testing method are analyzed in this paper.The non-touching interference testing method is adopted to test cassegrain system.Two diffirent interference methods(non-aberration points and compensation methods)are analyzed in detail with testing example.The testing optical path and error accuracy are also analyzed.The concave parabolic surface and convex hyperbolic surface are tested through study on knife edge method,non-aberration testing method and compensation lens design.
