The thesis reaearch the static test of fuselage handing a new object.The load of fuselage has increase as the heavy handing object.Static test must be done to find out the weak parts of fuselage structure and check up the intensity of handing structure. Static test is a very important process of aircraft structure design, it's costly and time consuming . The testing accuracy and validity mainly depend on the rationality of the test scheme design. It's necessary to establish a detailed test scheme.The static test scheme must include contentses as follow: test load, the request and support method of test object, the method of simulation, the equipment of loading and measure, test process.The thesis analyse the structure of fuselage by engineering beam theories. choose ten dangerous loads for tsatic test.The test object can be supported by landing gear or the side rib of fuselage. Campare with them, the method has been chose that supported by the side rib of fuselage.As the total load isn' t increase, but the local load may increase. The thesis analyses the measure' s keystone of stress and displacement, makes a base of strain gauge adhibition design.At last, thesis explains the test process,simulation method of loading and measure, test equipment, test risk and so on.The static test primary scheme of this thesis can be provided to future projects as a reference.
