| Two-speed resolver is always the main component of angle measuring in military equipment. With the military equipment developed rapidly,the control system requires fast response of angle measuring component,and the original response frequency and precision cannot suffice the requirement. So researching high frequency, high precision and digitalized two-speed resolver is significant both in theory and in practice.There are two factors to influence the precision of the two-speed resolver. One is the winding type and alveolar and another is the harmonics resulted from the high frequency excitation. The mechanisms that the two factors deteriorate the precision are analyzed in this paper. Moreover, the methods to eliminate or weaken the influences are discussed and adopted in the design of the prototype.In the engineering application, the anolog outputs of the two-speed resolver are required to convert into digital signals, therefore a shaft encoder system is developed. Its operating principle, design guides and electrical error are given and discussed.Finally, the paper summarizes the overall design programme. In order to verify the analysis and the prototype performance, a test system is set up. |
