Research On Integration Design Of The Architecture Space Of Museum

Nearest 20 years, there is great development of museum. They are not only contribute to be the art and cultural destinations of cities as pilgrims for art lovers, they are perceived as landmarks for tourist attraction, urban regenerators and economic stimulants. But currently, the architectural space of museum could not satisfy the public and the director's need. Space limitation has restricted museum effect displaying greatly. Aiming at those problems the thesis brings forward the architectural space integrated design of museum.The thesis first summarizes current new ideas of museum design, mainly refering to total layout, function, internal and external environment, social service, exhibition approaches and development trend. Then it introduces the integrated design theory into these ideas for instruction, which exactly satisfies the modern museum designing theory. Further, five principles for museum spacial design are brought forward under this integrated theory, which are respectively function fusion, space integrity, time continuity, open service and three-dimensional streamline. These five principles are directively significant to modern museum design.Secondly, the thesis carries out detailed analysis on museum extension and building, putting forward that the most important principle in integrated extending process is to guarantee museum's sustainable development. At the same time, there are also five integrated strategies about new museum which include fusion function layout, space integrity, compound stream combinging, whole setting view and atmosphere hamony.By means of analyzing, concluding and deduction, the paper goes from phenomenon to essence and gradually leads in new ideas of museum integrating, such as creating new appropriate integrated ways for architectural space by combining integrated theory with museum's current status. On the other hand, in research of creation methodology, the thesis starts with multi-characteristics of architectural space, then illustrates abundant of construction examples, and finally analysis in a synthetical way basing on present architectural theory to solve problems that exist in current museum design.
