With the development of automotive industry, people began to pay attention to the issue of traffic security. The increasing speed of motor vehicle needs higher requirement of breaking system and followed by question of how to check and measure the large number of ABS controller in order to make them work well.At present, all the automotive industry is faced with this problem. A kind of ABS dynamic simulation test stand based on detailed market research and working principle of ABS controller refers to this dissertation. The dynamic simulation test stand can provide a more realistic working condition and do their job for dynamic experiments. This dissertation analyzes the ABS system, the existing test methods and their advantages and disadvantages. Power is from the three-phase asynchronous motor, we make the flywheel'moment of inertia equal to the motor vehicles'moment of inertia and exhibits the movement relationship between wheel and road surface during braking process by the active rotor and driven rotor of the magnetic particle clutch. The signal acquisition unit includes torque sensor, wheel speed sensor and liquid pressure transmitter make the test more convenient. We developed an ABS data acquisition system units by using the object-oriented development tools Delphi to make the experimenters learn more intuitive about the equipments status. We give a detailed framework for structural design and analyzed the difficulties in process of equipment installation and debugging and come up with solutions. We mastered a way for ABS controller to work out of the motor vehicle independently during the debugging process. We designed the ABS controller in order to verify the feasibility of the test stand. The brake wheel cylinder pressure detection showed that the signal can be received by the ABS controller. Thus completed a feasibility demonstration experiment on the dynamic simulation test stand. The development of ABS dynamic simulation test stand can make the process of test more convenient and make the cycle of the test short.
