With the development of auto industry and automobile electronic technology, now the anti-lock brake system (ABS) has become the necessary equipment of vehicle. To the great application of anti-lock brake system, the testing of its performance has become an important issue of automotive testing technology to be resolved.Now, Anti-lock brakes technology is dominated by foreign, and foreign anti-lock braking system test stands are expensive. Most of domestic braking detection systems can only be used for detecting braking force, because the initial velocity of braking can not be achieved to make an anti-lock braking system work. The ABS dynamic simulation test stand is developed to meet the continuous working conditions of ABS controllers,which can provide a guarantee for the stability and accuracy of tests of ABS braking performances. This dissertation analyzes the braking process of the whole car, builds the braking model, and describes mechanical structure and operating principles of the ABS dynamic simulation test stand.The dynamic data acquisition system is designed after mastering the working principle and internal structure of the test stand in this dissertation. The microcontroller chip with strong data processing functions is used to design the software system, which ensures the accuracy and celerity of data. The efficient driver circuit of magnetic clutch is designed to simulate road surfaces of four wheels respectively. The monitoring interface is built by LabVIEW software, and the real-time data communication between the computer and the data acquisition system can be achieved by CAN bus, and the synchronization real-time animation demonstration of the brake process, which make the control interface intuitive and easy to control. The data acquisition system makes the ABS dynamic simulation test stand work steadily, and makes a accurate evaluation to a ABS controller. It has a great significance for the detection of vehicle braking system.
